BUSINESS TRAVEL & EVENTS
Executive Transfers, Airport Arrivals and Event Fleets
Corporate guest transport between airports, railway stations, hotels, offices, factories and conference venues.
RECEPTION OPERATIONS
How airport arrivals, vehicles and guest updates are arranged
Executive, international and banking-client transfers begin with the flight or train details, guest name, luggage, meet-and-greet instructions, driver presentation and agreed waiting point.
- 01 / BEFORE DEPARTURE
Check the flight, rail service and guest details
Confirm the date, flight or train, terminal or exit, guest salutation, party size, luggage and onward locations, then issue the vehicle, chauffeur, meeting point and contact details.
- 02 / VEHICLE & CHAUFFEUR
Confirm the vehicle number and parking point
Match a sedan or executive MPV to the party and luggage. Before duty, check cleanliness, climate, documents and cabin items, and confirm chauffeur presentation.
- 03 / MEET & GREET
Use the approved placard and complete the arrival handover
Wait at the agreed location with the approved placard and assist with luggage. A bilingual chauffeur or field representative can be assigned when required.
- 04 / DELAY & REBOOKING
The dispatcher updates the vehicle plan
Track arrival changes. For early landing, delay, rebooking, guest changes or a vehicle fault, the named contact adjusts the chauffeur, parking point or agreed reserve vehicle.
