  1. 01 / BEFORE DEPARTURE

    Check the flight, rail service and guest details

    Confirm the date, flight or train, terminal or exit, guest salutation, party size, luggage and onward locations, then issue the vehicle, chauffeur, meeting point and contact details.

  2. 02 / VEHICLE & CHAUFFEUR

    Confirm the vehicle number and parking point

    Match a sedan or executive MPV to the party and luggage. Before duty, check cleanliness, climate, documents and cabin items, and confirm chauffeur presentation.

  3. 03 / MEET & GREET

    Use the approved placard and complete the arrival handover

    Wait at the agreed location with the approved placard and assist with luggage. A bilingual chauffeur or field representative can be assigned when required.

  4. 04 / DELAY & REBOOKING

    The dispatcher updates the vehicle plan

    Track arrival changes. For early landing, delay, rebooking, guest changes or a vehicle fault, the named contact adjusts the chauffeur, parking point or agreed reserve vehicle.

    Confirm the salutation, party size, luggage, placard wording, language requirement and information access.

    Vehicle and chauffeur

    Confirm vehicle category and number, chauffeur, contact details, pre-duty checks and parking point.

    Hotel and venue

    Confirm hotels, venues, meal locations, pick-up points, field contacts and timing for each movement.

    Field changes

    The dispatcher updates the vehicle schedule for delays, guest changes, rebookings or vehicle faults and uses agreed reserve vehicles where required.
