Route and stop design
Stops reflect employee distribution, road access, congestion and reasonable walking distance to reduce detours and empty mileage.
EMPLOYEE SHUTTLE
Workforce transport for factories, industrial campuses, offices, cross-district shifts, overtime and holiday schedules.
SERVICE SCOPE
We first review where employees live, shift times, site access and boarding points. Routes, stops and 5–55-seat vehicles are then assigned, with ongoing control of driver rosters, arrivals, overtime trips and reserve vehicles.
Stops reflect employee distribution, road access, congestion and reasonable walking distance to reduce detours and empty mileage.
Separate operating rules cover fixed, overtime and holiday services, with disruption handling and passenger communication.
Credentials, driving history, training and fit-for-duty checks combine with daily inspections and scheduled maintenance.
Departure, arrival, mileage, incidents and complaints support review of punctuality, occupancy, cost and route improvement.
MANAGED EMPLOYEE SHUTTLE
We check where employees live, when shifts begin, how site gates operate and where passengers can board. Routes, vehicle capacity, driver rosters and reserve arrangements follow those actual conditions.
Home distribution, walking radius, congestion, road restrictions and factory shifts inform stop consolidation, split routes, feeders and overtime services.
Waiting zones, queue direction, boarding flow and check-in rules are agreed. Drivers follow pre-trip, punctual-departure and exception-reporting controls.
With written client approval, body colours, route identifiers, cabin notices and employee communications can be aligned. Exterior condition, cleaning and driver presentation are checked.
Trip, mileage, arrival, passenger and exception records are checked monthly, with cover for breakdowns, extreme weather and short-notice demand.
