CORPORATE LONG-TERM RENTAL
Corporate Long-Term Vehicle Rental
One-to-five-year rental programs for executive, departmental, on-site, pool and electric vehicles.
Service standards
Duty coverage, incident handling and replacement support
Service levels depend on the city, vehicle category, project scope and real-time vehicle availability. The applicable standard is documented for each program.
Incident coordination starts immediately and normally enters the handling process within about one hour.
For routine urban cases, a replacement vehicle is normally coordinated within about two hours.
Actual timing depends on the city, vehicle category, site conditions and real-time vehicle availability.

Leasing defined by vehicle use, term and service responsibilities
Vehicles and rental terms are selected against annual mileage, operating conditions and budget. Insurance, maintenance, inspections, repair, replacement cover and billing are then coordinated under the agreed contract, with or without drivers.
Vehicles, rental terms and handover
Select sedans, MPVs, hybrids or electric vehicles against the duty, annual mileage, parking and budget. Typical terms are 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.
Insurance, servicing and replacement cover
Maintain vehicle and insurance records, schedule servicing and inspections, and arrange replacement vehicles where the project agreement provides for them.
With or without a professional driver
Driver-supported programs define shifts and substitute arrangements. Self-drive projects specify approved users, handover, traffic violations and routine checks.
Operating cost, energy and renewal
Review rental charges, mileage and servicing records each month. Utilization and charging access inform renewal, vehicle replacement or return at the end of the term.

LONG-TERM CORPORATE RENTAL
Who manages servicing, replacement vehicles and monthly records
Before handover, we check vehicle duty, annual mileage, parking and charging access. During the rental, servicing, repairs, downtime, replacement arrangements and monthly records follow the agreed project scope.
- 01 / DUTY & VEHICLE
Define the work before choosing the powertrain
Executive, pool, site, sales and project vehicles are modelled separately, comparing ICE, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and battery-electric options across mileage, charging, cost and continuity.
- 02 / TAILORED HANDOVER
Deliver vehicles and governed records at the client site
Current vehicle, documents, insurance, accessories, cabin specification and use rules are checked. Approved livery, in-vehicle materials and a client-specific handover schedule can be included.
- 03 / ON-SITE SUPPORT
Reduce off-road time and operating disruption
Depending on city and site conditions, we coordinate mobile checks, collection and return for servicing, repair progress, tyres and consumables; unplanned downtime follows the replacement-vehicle mechanism.
- 04 / ENERGY & REPORTS
Check mileage, energy and vehicle status each month
Fuel or charging arrangements follow the vehicle type and site conditions. Monthly records cover mileage, energy use, maintenance, downtime, utilization and program costs.
