Align vehicles to the actual project term
On-site, engineering and transition programs should not accept longer commitments solely to lower a monthly rate. Agree renewal, fleet reduction, early return and additional-vehicle terms before launch preparation.
Consider renewal cycles for recurring roles
Executive vehicles, departmental cars and fixed shuttles should reflect replacement cycles, annual mileage and purchasing approvals. Electric vehicles also need a realistic view of charging availability and technology changes.
Tie service responsibilities to the term
Contracts should define insurance, servicing, incident support, replacement vehicles, reporting and return standards. Duration alone does not describe the quality or completeness of the service.
